Step 0:
Introduce the number of partners that are receiving funding from the Interreg Euro-MED programme.
General information
Step 1:
This section tracks the emissions associated with daily project work on the basis
of the total number of hours and employees working on the project.
It takes into
account work at home and work at the office and for each of them assesses scope 2
and 3 emissions from energy and heating consumption, commuting and data usage (internet).
Average data has been used in the simplified calculator (e.g., office type and
office area, internet usage, etc.).
Human resources per partner
Step 2:
This section tracks the emissions associated to project meetings, it takes into
consideration the travelling to the meeting, the accommodation, the meeting meals.
Average data has been used in the simplified calculator (e.g., travelling distance,
menus, accommodation, etc.)
Meetings
Step 3:
This section tracks the emissions associated to events organized by the project,
it takes into consideration the travelling to the event, the accommodation, the catering,
etc. Only travels and accommodation from project partners are considered
(travels and accommodation from attendees that are not project members are not
considered as project emissions).
Average data has been used in the simplified

Step 4:
This section tracks the emissions associated with the production of dissemination
material such as reports, leaflets, roll-ups, etc.
Dissemination material
Step 5:
This section tracks the emissions associated with specific project activities.
If you can estimate GHG emissions from your project activities that are not covered
in the previous steps, put them here as kg CO2eq.
In the full calculator detailed options will be available to track emissions of specific activities
and materials used.
